The Role and Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Recruiter, you will support a busy  desk focused on sourcing skilled engineering and technical talent for aviation clients.

You will be responsible for:

  • Recruiting aircraft engineers, avionics technicians, mechanics, and other technical specialists.
  • Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through placement.
  • Screening, shortlisting, and preparing candidates for engineering and maintenance assignments.
  • Leveraging a global candidate database and established aviation network.
  • Maintaining strong relationships to support redeployment and repeat placements.
  • Collaborating closely with hiring managers and internal delivery teams for fast turnaround.
  • Building expertise in a highly specialized, high-demand technical market.
  • Toronto/Etobicoke: 5 days per week onsite
  • Montreal: Remote flexibility

Skills and Qualifications Needed to Be Successful

This position is suited to someone who brings:

  • Bilingual fluency in English and French
  • 1+ year of staffing experience.
  • Interest in technical, engineering, aerospace, trades, or skilled recruitment
  • A polished communication style and professional presence
  • Strong work ethic and ability to manage high-volume roles
  • Residency in Mississauga, Etobicoke, Oakville, or Montreal

You do not need aviation experience — full training is provided — but you must be eager to learn a technical niche.
