The Role and Responsibilities

  • Partner with team recruiters to showcase and highlight ideal matches between sourced talent and client requirements
  • Maintain and develop further an existing client base with the goal to build relationships and establish an ongoing business
  • Prospect and develop recruitment partnerships with potential companies in the technology sector
  • It is not necessary to source candidates for your client’s needs but if you have a desire to do so, this role can be a full 360 recruitment opportunity
  • If you bring your own book of business or once you establish an ongoing business, there is an opportunity to lead your own recruitment team

Skills and Qualifications Needed to be Successful

  • 2+ years of experience working in a sales/business development/relationship-management role
  • Experience working in a technology staffing recruiting environment is a plus
  • Ability to build long-term lasting relationships
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
  • Must be a team player who can thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment
  • Must have an entrepreneurial spirit and high sense of responsibility
