The Role and Responsibilities

This newly created position will drive the build of a whole new division within the Texas market.  Dovetailing into the overall brand and other US penetration, but for Texas it would be new.  Potential growth plan could lead to 30-50 heads in Texas, expanding into areas underwriting, actuarial and claims

• Having come from an A&F staffing background already you will quickly structure and scale the division, being an experienced business unit leader 
• You will also be billing and actually be the rainmaker to start, so your role will evolve with the build, as you will move away from production when your team grows
• You will be the role model that others around you will emulate, someone that is a tenured, and successful staffing professional
• This is a high growth opportunity for someone with that mindset.  You can own an entire division with the infrastructure around you which will propel and back scale.

Skills and Qualifications Needed to be Successful

• Successful track record of building a team in Accounting and Finance staffing
• A sales driver at heart
• Have high ambition to build a high performing team and be prepared to put in the hard work to get there
• To start with you will be the person that rolls up their sleeves and gets in to the business development weeds
• Credible, people person that others will warm to, buy from and respect based on your ability past and present
