The Role

This is a full 360 recruitment consultant position, offering ownership of your desk, clients, and candidates. You’ll have the freedom to grow your market with genuine support from leadership, and the wider team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage new and existing client relationships
• Win and manage retained and contingent business
• Source, interview, and place high-quality candidates
• Manage the recruitment process from brief to placement
• Build a strong personal brand within your sector
• Contribute to team growth and culture

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a 360 recruiter
• Background in either a professional services or a specialist senior recruitment vertical
• Strong commercial awareness and relationship-building ability
• Self-motivated, credible, and confident in client conversations
• Desire to grow and develop long-term
