Our client, a global executive search firm, is expanding and is now looking for a hybrid 360 Recruiter to join their Fintech team in Manhattan, NY.

Our client is a global executive search and recruitment firm, specialising in placing top talent in the technology and FinTech industries. Founded in 2001, the firm operates across 82 countries, serving sectors like fintech, cybersecurity, automotive, and digital transformation offering a range of services, including executive search, permanent and contract recruitment. They are known for supporting their clients in driving innovation and diversity, particularly by helping businesses attract the most sought-after executives and technical specialists globally​.

The Role and Responsibilities

  • Up until earlier this year, their clients were servicing the US business from the UK.  For strategic growth, earlier this year, one of the Fintech team moved to the US to enable their USA business with physical presence.  
  • Due to the continued success and number of roles they have secured, they are looking to add a 360 Recruiter to their team.  
  • This role will include new logo hunting and business development along with candidate sourcing and matching the two.
  • Our client secures senior roles, either on a retained or exclusive contingency basis so fill % will be high
  • You will be looking for senior Go To Market candidates in tech startups (Fintech primarily) and you’ll therefore need to have gravitas, confidence, and preferably experience communicating with people in this sector, both client and candidate side
  • Minimum 3 days in office per week to start.

Skills and Qualifications Needed to be Successful

  • Ideally the 360 Recruiter will have experience in the technology landscape (Fintech or cybersecurity is ideal) and what their clients do and have an understanding of the ecosystem, even if you haven’t worked in fintech specifically.
