The Role and Responsibilities

• Learn and develop skills to execute the full cycle recruitment process – sourcing, screening, conducting interviews, candidate submissions, and negotiating offers
• You will develop and nurture a network of potential candidates in an array of exciting industries from IT (change management) to Insurance, Risk and other facets of Financial Services
• Meet attainable and realistic weekly and monthly screening and submission objectives
• Work toward revenue objectives in an exciting and competitive environment
• Learn how to expertly identify, meet and exceed client hiring objectives

Skills and Qualifications Needed to be Successful

• 6 months to 1 year experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment (eg. recruitment, sales, service industry, marketing or real estate)
• You have a driven and competitive attitude
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• You have excellent organizational and time management skills
• You possess impeccable people skills and an outgoing personality
• The emphasis here is on Emotional Intelligence (EQ)
• Completed post-secondary education an asset
• Proof of vaccination required to enter the premises
