The Role and Responsibilities

• This is 360 role, firstly you’ll be selling into prospective clients and promoting the corporate brand and how you will support them, in their quest to find the right talent for difficult to fill positions
• Once you have secured the roles to work on, you’ll be calling out to a high number of prospective candidates, building a pool of potential talent.
• You’ll then make the match with potential candidates that could be great for the role and manage them through the recruitment process.
• Managing relationships and expectations along the way.
• The roles that you will be working with will all be in the Accounting & Finance vertical, Auditing,  FP&A (Financial Planning and Analysis), Financial Accounting, Reinsurance, Investment, Taxation and Treasury
• To be successful in this role you will need high ambition, go getting attitude and eager to make placements and change peoples lives
• You’ll love being a team player and being highly collaborative, and will love the thought of being amongst a high performing team and in office, based in Manhattan, New York – at least 3 days per week
• The team comprises fun loving, highly intelligent, outgoing members, who are polished and who enjoy a very collaborative culture

Skills and Qualifications Needed to be Successful

• 2-5 years’ successful experience in staffing in Accounting & Finance and ideally someone in the US who works NY/NJ
• A can do and will do attitude that wants to be part of a high performing team
