The Role and Responsibilities

  • This is a full 360 Recruiter role where you will develop business (from the start) as well as build your own candidate pool
  • You will be well versed in the full recruitment cycle of finding the roles to match to and then fill
  • You’ll be a sales person at heart that loves the hunt and the exhilaration of making that perfect fit
  • Hybrid work with a minimum of 4 days per week in office with consideration to a more remote work model for more senior and experienced candidates

Skills and Qualifications Needed to be Successful

  • Minimum of 18 months of demonstrated staffing 360 experience success within a Professional service sector that will easily translate to a new vertical
  • Candidates with a sales drive and mentality, that’s demonstrated in a 360 prior role or in a 180 but with a built in desire to want to be involved in the sales/client facing aspect of the role
