Our client understands that every business has unique needs. Each 360 Consultant works closely with their clients to develop a customised strategy that aligns with their goals and budget. Their flexible, cross vertical, approach allows them to adapt to changing market conditions and evolving business requirements, ensuring that their clients always have the support they need to succeed.

The Role and Responsibilities

  • Unique working model, in that all consultants are independent contractors
  • This model offers benefits, such as favourable tax rates and high commission splits
  • Starts at 70% commission, up to 80% with targets to meet along the way
  • 360 model, so everyone does portions of BD, AM and Delivery
  • Candidate ownership for 6 months within the firm, so you can get 10% commission for candidates you own, even if placed by someone else
  • If you are a “pillar” in a region or vertical not covered by the team, but have connections and success in that space, they will happily speak with you
  • Main responsibilities of this position are to collaborate with clients to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
  • Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including cold calling, online job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
  • Present suitable candidates to clients, highlighting relevant experience, skills, and potential fit with the organisation.

Skills and Qualifications Needed to be Successful

  • Proven experience in commission-based sales or as a recruiter, within a staffing agency or recruitment consultancy
  • A high degree of internal motivation, this is not a hand-holding environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with candidates and clients
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions

Value and Benefits

  • 100% commission based compensation, no base salary
  • Starts at 70% commission, up to 80% after targets are achieved
  • Example: $250K billings, results in OTE of $180K
  • Access to top tools, new shared ATS,  Zoominfo for leads, etc.
  • You are a contractor, therefore can expense and claim tax as such (consult a lawyer/accountant)
