The Role and Responsibilities

This 360 Consultant role will have you flexing your recruitment and business development skills within the Life Sciences sector, supporting the Medical Technologies Contract Desk based in New York:

  • The role will focus on MedTech, Clinical. Exposure to that part of the market is a huge plus
  • Develop prospective and existing client business relationships through calls and meetings
  • Target suitable candidates, brief them on client opportunities (focus on Contract roles) presenting them to clients
  • Manage the sales cycle from interview to offer stage and any support thereafter
  • Continuously network to build business for future commercial opportunities
  • You are highly polished, intelligent and have great business acumen
  • You have a startup mentality and are someone who dreams big and will progress upwards over time 

Skills and Qualifications Needed to be Successful

  • University degree preferred
  • 3+ years’ experience as a full 360 in Life Sciences
  • 400k plus biller and have a proven successful track record in Life Sciences sales recruitment, with focus on Contract roles
  • A passion for results and strong teamwork skills
  • You think strategically, execute effectively and deliver high quality work against tight deadlines
  • You have excellent English communication (both written and oral), good presentation and commercial customer service skills
