The Role and Responsibilities

• Due to growth and expansion our client is now searching for a business development driven 360 Consultant.
• You will be a highly intelligent, highly technical consultant..
• They are trying to differentiate themselves by being highly specialized and developing strong networks within their fields of specialty.
• There are 4 teams on the Life Sciences side of the business:
  1 – Biotech
  2 – Pharma
  3 – Medical Device
  4 – Clinical/Regulatory
• Our client has been in high growth mode for the past year, where a lot of their competitors have been laying people off.
• They have shifted focus to being highly specialized in the fields of IT, Life Sciences and Healthcare.
• There will be lots of room for advancement and the chance to join a winning team at the right time.

Skills and Qualifications Needed to be Successful

• You will have 3+ years’ experience in Staffing as a Business Developer or 360 Rep.
• You will also have a proven track record of success in staffing BD.
• You will have had exposure to Life Sciences verticals – Biotech, Pharma, Medical Devices, Clinical, R&D, Compliance, etc.
• You will have the ability to influence passive talent and build strong client relationships in tech.

Value and Benefits

• Base compensation will be dependent on experience but in the range of $60K – $80K
