RELOCATION TO THE USA

We are looking for individuals for our clients that are currently based overseas that are looking to move to the USA. YES this is an opportunity to be sponsored for a US VISA. For the right candidate sponsorship could be available.

What does the right candidate need ?

You must be working in the field of staffing and recruiting currently, (NOT IN A CORPORATE BASED ROLE) in a role which includes sales. You will need to have successfully performed in either a 360 or a sales only position, within the IT or the Accounting and Finance verticals.

You’ll have run a successful desk and have a great understanding of the industry that you are servicing. Love it and want to move yourself to a different continent to continue with your passion. A degree is preferable.

Responsibilities

  • Actively source and qualify candidates
  • Actively develop business with clients that could utilise the services of a staffing firm
  • Manage the clients’ needs and expectations and match the right candidate to the right role
  • Maintaining strong relationships in the market with your candidates and clients
  • Understand and communicate very well with all levels of folks, ensuring that you listen, and portray correct details about opportunities
  • Ring the bell when you or your team find the perfect match and make a successful placement!

Qualifications

  • Use your emotional intelligence every day, all day
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Multitask like it’s an Olympic sport
  • Quota or goal oriented
  • Able to meet strict deadlines independently motivated
  • Team player
