A Canadian staffing leader for decades, our client is seeking a Business Developer/360, who is passionate about client relationship building and providing exceptional candidate/client service.

The Role and Responsibilities

  • Flexi work model, but needs to be present in office and likely will be GTA based
  • GTA is the area of focus, and our client would like someone to be an active networker as they believe that this is the way that business will be generated in this vertical
  • Either BD or 360, in the Toronto region to re launch this division in Toronto
  • Focus will be on the following job functions, Project Managers, Building Operators and Supervisors which are all perm
  • This person will need to be someone that’s willing to dig in and either bring their contacts OR assertively build this book

Skills and Qualifications Needed to be Successful

  • You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and a positive/outgoing personality
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a BD or 360 function. Preferably within Construction but not necessarily as if you have a passion for this industry you, that’s equally interesting to our client
  • A flexible, team spirited personality is key
  • You know the industry or have an interest in learning and have strong sales experience, client management and working with a recruiting team

Value and Benefits

  • Salary – c$100K possibly more, depending on the level of person hired
  • OTE year 1 should be high 1’s once achieving goals – up to 200K
  • Commission scheme which will vary depending on the salary level entry point
  • Hybrid working – Hours are forty hours per week, generally 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday to Friday, with a one hour unpaid lunch
  • Extensive 3-week training program provided, including job shadowing, videos, and hands-on exercises
  • Education reimbursement: 100% paid when employer sponsored and 50% paid when it’s employee’s choice, up to $1500 per year (after one year)
