The Role and Responsibilities – 270 Recruiter / Account Manager

This role is ideal for a delivery-focused recruiter or account manager who thrives on owning searches, managing senior stakeholders, and delivering consistently high-quality outcomes—without being forced into heavy new business development.

As a 270 Recruiter / Account Manager, you will focus on executing retained senior-level search assignments while acting as a trusted partner to established clients within a defined life sciences vertical.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and delivering retained and senior-level executive search assignments
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for key client accounts
  • Running end-to-end search delivery across assigned mandates
  • Building deep, long-term relationships with existing clients through consistent, high-quality delivery
  • Advising clients with credibility and a consultative, market-informed approach
  • Partnering closely with senior leadership on account strategy
  • Owning candidate management and senior stakeholder communication throughout the process
  • Maintaining accurate tracking of assignments, pipeline activity, and delivery performance

This is a delivery and relationship-led role, designed for someone who wants to be recognised for executional excellence and client impact—rather than measured purely on new logo generation.
