The Role & Responsibilities

As an IT Recruiter (Permanent Focus), you will:

  • Manage the full permanent recruitment lifecycle across technology roles
  • Source and screen candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and a proprietary database
  • Conduct in-depth technical and behavioural interviews
  • Partner closely with Account Managers and clients to understand hiring needs
  • Support intake calls and help shape recruitment strategy
  • Present qualified shortlists and manage interview processes end-to-end
  • Negotiate offers and guide candidates through acceptance
  • Build long-term relationships with candidates and hiring managers
  • Stay current on technology trends, talent markets, and hiring patterns

Skills & Qualifications Needed to Be Successful

This role is ideal for someone who:

  • Is a very strong Permanent Consultant with proven IT recruitment experience
  • Brings excellent technical understanding of modern tech environments
  • Has experience supporting start-up / scale-up organizations
  • Is confident managing high-volume, high-impact permanent hiring
  • Communicates clearly and professionally with candidates and clients
  • Enjoys working in fast-paced, relationship-driven environments
